Why is Apple TV+ not recognizing my subscription?

I am subscribed to Apple TV+ but when I try to watch it on my Apple TV media box it says start 7 day free trial. When I click on that a window pops up and says you are already subscribed. When I click on “okay” it loops me back to the 7 day free trial box. Apple TV+ works fine on my iPhone 15. The only way I can watch it on my tv is the cast it to my tv from my phone.
