“There’s a problem loading this content”

On a 2023 Sony Bravia. All other apps work perfectly (Netflix, Amazon, etc). Was watching Napoleon and it suddenly stops and gives the “There’s a problem loading this content”. It’s not just this movie, tv series and other series do it as well. Same thing on the app on my phone. Also on the app on the fire stick.

Purchased movie won’t play I purchased the movie trolls sometime ago and all of a sudden today, I can’t play it. On my Vizio tv from the appletv app is where I stream from. Can’t play videos I suddenly can’t play Youtube videos anymore, or Netflix and Videoland. There comes the notification that something went wrong. Does anybody know what’s wrong?

Content Unavailable - This type of content is not currently compatible with your device. To play, try again using an Apple device. I’m trying to watch a film I purchased (Mulholland Drive) on my smart tv via the Apple TV app. However I instead get the above message. Has anyone had a similar problem and managed to get a resolution? I suspect the issue has something to do with iTunes Extras as I know they are unavailable via the iTunes app. However I want to watch the film - not the extras. I tried contacting Apple but they were no help.
