A SLR camera is a Single Lens Reflex camera and there are DSLRs in the market today. There is no phone in the market today which has a camera that performs like a DSLR with all its features. You can merely take snapshots from a phone camera that may emulate DSLR cameras in small ways. You mentioned wildlife photography and a DSLR with all its features and wide choice of lenses is a much better option than a phone camera.
