Your profile states that you have an iPhone 6s. You are not going to be able to update the iPhone 6s to iOS 17. The highest iOS version that you can install on your iPhone 6s is iOS version 15 and nothing further. You will neeed an iPhone XR or a newer model to install and use iOS version 17.
