Why can’t I downgrade my storage
when clicking on the downgrade option it doesn’t do anything

- You can't downgrade to a plan that has less storage than what you're currently using. If you have 50GB used and try to go to the free 5GB plan, it won't allow it.
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Sometimes, a poor internet connection can prevent iCloud changes from being processed.
