I am looking to find a way to SET and LOCK Iphone ICONS on home screen..... not the LOCK screen
I am constantly dealing with aging parents that ALWAYS MOVE AND LOSE their app icons and cant find them again!!
APPPLE ..... PLEASE give us a way to do this.... Lock the home screen layout and use a pin code to unlock or a toggle in the settings......
If your parents are getting older and have trouble finding app icons because they move them around unintentionally, here's a helpful tip! Remove all the Apps.
Not deleting the apps altogether, consider removing the icons from the Home screen.
By removing the icons, I mean simply taking them off the main screens. All the apps will still be there, but they'll be organized alphabetically in a special area called the App Library. This makes them much easier to find by name, just like looking up a word in a dictionary.
The App Library is like a central hub for all your apps, and it's super easy to use. You can spend some time together going over how to access and navigate the App Library so your parents feel comfortable finding their favorite apps again.
