i cant hear siri’s voice on my apple watch
whenever i ask siri a question whether i said hey siri or held down the digital crown i cant hear her voice

This could be one if two problems. One: Siri is set to not speak. Go to settings, siri responses, click "always on" or "control with silent mode". Two: Siri volume is set too low. Scroll down in siri responses, and click +. I hope this helped.
