Emails are not loading after updating iPhone 14

I ended up connecting with Apple Support and they had me turn off my phone, connect to the computer, open Finder and follow these steps:

• Press and release the volume up button quickly. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Then press and hold the side button until you see the Connect to computer screen.
• Then once you see the recovery display on the iPhone in Finder it should show an alert that says restore or update.
• Click update

Voila! That solved it.
