How do I get Calendar events to sync across devices?

I want all my events I add on any device to add and auto-populate on all my other devices. RN I have an event and it asks if I want to add it. It gets annoying to go into each device and do the same each time for all events and devices. Is there a way to do this automatically?

M1 Mac, M2 MacBook Air, iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPad mini 4th gen.

All running the latest software.

Thanks Steven

Yes same Apple ID on all devices

That's not exactly the question I asked. I asked if you were signed into the same Calendar accounts on all of your devices. Is iCloud where you store your calendar? I'm signed into the same Apple ID on all of my devices but that wouldn't help me with syncing my calendar as my personal calendar is in Google and my work calendar is connected with my work email account.

If you are using iCloud for your calendar, make sure that you have "Calendar" selected in all of your devices. For example, on your iPhone, go to Settings>Calendar>Accounts. Tap on your iCloud account, then tap on "iCloud". On the next screen, under Apps Using iCloud, tap "Show All". Make sure "Calendar" is enabled.

I think it only does this on events found by siri, or in mail. When I create an appointment in a calendar, it does show on other devices. When there seems to be an issue is when I get a new "suggestion" from Siri, or "Found in Mail", then this does not automatically add the event, even if I add them on mac for example, then I still have to go into ipone and add them there to, but if I have, ON ANOTHER device already added it(or the details of it) why won't it add it to the other devices?

Is there a setting to have it add any appointment to the calendar, if I've reviewed and added it on another device?
