Big Fish games in game purchases

I have purchased many games from Big Fish and bought them through the game. Now when I download them again, it says that I didn’t bought them when I did and can prove it with my buying history.

I’ve contacted them and they say to ask a refund. But as it was one or two years ago, I cannot select them at all, just the new ones that work right.

What can I do now?
