I presume you mean do you need to uninstall 2019 before installing office 365?
No, you don't need to. The Outlook 365 app will pick up the same email data 2019 is already using. Other than that, you can confirm the other apps can access your Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, thought that shouldn't even slightly be an issue.
Afterwards, you can dump the 2019 apps out of the Applications folder.
