After downloading to 17.4 on my Apple TV 4 K first generation my Crestron system crashed and now I am unable to control the Apple TV using Crestron. I have to use the Apple remote. Anybody with this problem and a possible fix?

I was told by our smart home provider it is a worldwide issue that will not be resolved until Apple releases a bug fix.
