Can the blood oxygen icon be removed from watch screen?

The Blood Oxygen icon only appears if you prepared a custom Apple Watch face and placed Blood Oxygen as one of the complications on that face. Use your iPhone to edit that watch face and remove the Blood Oxygen complication.
