Unable to activate iPhone on new carrier service
so i called metro pcs so they can give me the port out number i had 3 lines with them they gave me the code and told me that would work with all the phones so i went to criket where i spent 4 hours in their shop calling metro calling apple no help because metro said the phone i had was a warranty phone apple provided for me so they cannot do nothing about it the phone says locked to carrier and since i got this phone or the 1st phone this one replaced i was with them the whole time now im stuck with a phone i paid 736 and no one can help me only criket and apple tried to help me stuck in the phone patiently when metro i called so many times even talked to supervisor and none tried to help they are my carrier even apple asked for a case number women refused too now what do i do with my phone
