Working USB cable extender does not work on my new mac studio

Working USB cable extender for mac studio up to 32 feet or 10m

Hi,

i recently switched from my mac pro early 2013 to the new mac studio.

My computer rack is in a different room, for many years i used a USB 2.0 12 meter (active) extender cable for keyboard mouse and some other USB devices on my production desk.

After switching to the mac studio this very same cable is not working anymore. so i wonder which extender cable (USB 2 or 3) will work with up to 12 meters?

I have tried two other brands of usb over ethernet extenders and it still does not work.
