I cannot see the reviews I wrote on the App Store and they do not show up on the app pages on the store

What I am doing:

• Open App Store on MacBook Pro 2018.
• Open my Account Settings by clicking on my name at the bottom right then "Account Settings".
• Click on "Manage Reviews and Ratings" as seen below

• A popup tells me "Cannot Connect to App Store"

Additionally, none of my reviews show up on any of the app pages I have reviewed.
