I cannot access my Reviews and Ratings in App Strore

Hello ,

I cannot access my reviews and ratings in the App Store in MacBook. When I clicked Account settings then Manage Reviews and Rating a pop up comes and says that " Cannot Connect to App . In fact I connected App Store and can down load apps only problem is I cannot access my reviews and ratings. Apple is not posting my reviews and ratings but I did not violate any rating rules. I applied all solutions in internet like sign out and sign in , date checking, Network changing etc none have not worked and I contacted Apple support team they could not resolve it. I am posting here as a last resort. Mac OS Sonoma 14.6 (23G80)
