AppleTV Screen Black Out

I’ve googled this and seen plenty of results of people asking this question over the last couple years, but none with a successful result (that I can see).

I have a Sony OLED and an AppleTV and a Sonos Arc.

When I’m watching video, intermittently and in no predictable pattern, the video will just black out for about 1 second and then continue on (missing whatever happened in that second or two). I specifically went and bought the HDMI cable the Apple Store was selling to ensure it wasn’t the cable (as suggested by many other posts). This happens on a variety of video apps, it is not app specific. The appleTV has been reset several times. I’ve literally moved homes and everything has been replugged in. Wifi signal strength is strong and fast, it’s not a buffering issue.

Has anyone actually had success making this issue disappear? I’ve seen so many posts and so little confirmation of success.
