Trying to get Strikethrough to be included and functional from toolbar. What I have been reading in older, some much, does not seem to work in Sonoma. Any help is appreciated.

In macOS Sonoma 14.4, once text in a Note is selected, the Aa toolbar item contains S̶ on its sub-menu. That is the Strike Through enabler button. It is not a toggle though, and will not remove stricken text by clicking it again.
