My esim and physical sim can work at the time

I have an iphone xsmas which is actually unlocked because the phone states that there is no carrier lock. I am able to insert any sim i like and install any esim of my choice. The problem is whenever i install an esim and then add a physical sim, the iphone states the sim is not supported. But when i delete the esim profile and add the physical sim, it works. Immediately i add the esim, the physical sim goes into lock mode.

Somebody help me because i have urgent businesses which require the use of multiple sims.

Please help!!!
