My iPad will not do facial ID or it says that it has a problem with it or something like that. I forget what it says but I can’t get into or put it on any of my sites so I have a protective way to get into my systems, My ipadwill not due faceial ID

I am hooked up with AT&T and I also have Comcast in my house so there’s no problem with my problem of being on or off. I cannot get facial ID to work. my iPad is an Apple iPad. It’s the biggest one you make. it’s hooked up. Yeah, I said it hooked up with AT&T and it’s an apple iPad.

If FaceID has been disabled, you’ll need to follow this guidance:

If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If you unable to resolve problem, you would be well advised to seek assistance directly from Apple Support:
