My iPhone 13 Wi-Fi is not connecting

Here is an example of what I am talking about. Any time I try to turn it back on, it turn back off as soon as I swipe away. And when I turn it on, it won’t let me see networks, previously used ones, or any. I’ve tried to restart, hard reset, or updating it. (iPhone 13) Currently at 17.4.1, and nothing like this has happened. Please help if you can!

That sounds like a hardware problem. Contact Apple support using the link at the top or bottom of this page to discuss diagnostic and repair options.

You currently can’t update for several reasons (the obvious ones highlighted):

  • The phone must be charged to at least 50%, and preferably plugged in so it stays above 50% during the update
  • The phone must not be in Low Power Mode
  • The phone must not be connected through VPN, and it may be necessary to delete any VPN apps and VPN profiles
  • The phone cannot be in Airplane mode and must have a cellular data connection
  • You cannot still have a beta of a previous version installed on the phone
  • You cannot have a previous version that was downloaded, but not installed - go to Settings/General/iPhone Storage to look; if you find an iOS installer, delete it

If you can't meet all of them you can still update using your computer.
