My Iphone 15 pro max which I using around 4 months and the battery cycles is now on 96. My phone’s battery health dropped to 98% Is it normal or there is an issue with my phone?

That’s better than average. After 96 charge cycles your phone would be expected to be at 96%, as it will lost around 1% for every 25 charge cycles. This means that your battery exceeds Apple’s design specification.
The battery should be at about 96% by now.
