Camera / photo access on apps

Hi, this has only recently happened but when I’m using messenger or Snapchat, the apps say I don’t have access to my camera or photos. Then I go the app settings and it has no where to allow me to give access to the app. I don’t have any parent control on because it’s my phone. Please help.

How can I grant Camera permissions for Apps? Help me I woke up this morning and when I tried to go on snap it just popped up with “this app needs camera permission go to settings to change” and the same with TikTok, but when I did the option for camera or photos in the Snapchat area wasn’t even there. Not able to allow camera access in any apps I’m not able to turn on camera access for any of my apps (iPhone 13), when I go to camera in settings it says what’s listed below. I’m not able to access Snapchat at all or any other apps that need it.
