Deleted Contacts Suggested when Sharing Content From Apps

Whenever I share posts from Instagram via text or iMessage with friends, deleted contacts appear. I’ve tried selecting the i icon on the contact, but it does not provide the option to remove from recents. I’ve tried turning off all suggestions for anything with my contacts and it still comes up. I’m not sure what to do but I would love to not have deleted contacts keep popping up.

How do I fix missing contact suggestions when sharing on new iPhone? I just ugdraded to a new iPhone and when I go to share things none of my usual Messages contacts are suggested. It's been a week and none of the people I share things with have appeared. I still see suggestions for WhatsApp and Snapchat contacts from long ago, but none for Messages. Old iMessages for one contact not showing So I was audio messaging a friend and noticed that I could not scroll up see my iMessages. Other contacts iMessages from last year are still there but I cannot scroll up to see my friend’s iMessages. Only the ones sent this morning. I have not backed them up on iCloud. I was just wondering whether this could be fixed?
