button of IPAD air 5 is not working
Both buttons (touch ID and volume) is not working Even I've only used it for less than a year. What should I do now?

Are you using a fitted case with your iPad?
If you are using a case, try removing (or at least re-fitting) the case. Some cases can mechanically interfere with the iPad's physical volume buttons.
Otherwise, if the physical buttons have stopped working, your iPad may require repair. It is a common misconception that an iPad (or iPhone) can remain fully functional with damaged or defective physical buttons.
Whilst Accessibility features (such as assistive touch) can be used to augment the User Interface, these features cannot be used as a substitute for physical button sequences that must be used to trigger system recovery actions. Sooner or later you will encounter a situation from which you cannot recover.
If any of the iPad's buttons are damaged, until repaired, you will not be able to resolve a locked-out (disabled) iPad - or reset a forgotten device passcode.
If needed, you can arrange repair of your iPad either by (a) visiting the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - or (b) using Apple's mail-in repair service:

The iPad Air 5 doesn’t have Touch ID and doesn’t have a home button. But anyway if any part of the hardware isn’t working, it would be best to get Apple to take a look..
The IPAD AIR 5th generation have both button: Touch ID and Volume. :) I didn’t say Home button. Do you misunderstand any other versions? Anw, thanks for your reply.
Thanks a lot for your help. I got it now
You're very welcome.
