Playback issues Volume goes way too loud or disappears

I know Apple Music is more or less a program Apple doesn't care about for PC, but this is getting ridiculous. Trying to use it, the volume will cut out entirely for a song or 2, and come back, or I have to fast forward a song to get it to come back, and when it does come back, it's way, way louder than the volume bar within Apple Music has it set for, and then it's a matter of trying to lower it, or it won't respond to that and having to close it and start over.
