I don't know what "mecari" is.
Apple would need to check the devices to confirm they are fake. Just reading them a serial number does not mean you actually own any Airpods; you just know a serial number. Plus a fake Airpod could have a real serial number. Unless you can work out an agreement with Apple to ship the Airpods to them then you will have to find some way to have them physically taken to a store by you or a friend. I could see that this kind of confirmation does not really fit into the typical service provided for Airpod repair.
I’ve contacted Apple but I’m really hoping I can find something that’ll help me… they keep saying I have to come in.

They have to physically inspect and run test to verify they are counterfeit AirPods.
