Phone isn’t ringing for some unknown callers
iPhone 13 iOS 17.3.1 is silencing calls from unknown callers. I need to access these calls and I’m not sure why it is suddenly happening. I do not have any Focus settings on when this is occurring.

Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers.
Turn that option off.
