Best way to use a KVM Switch with triple monitor setup on MacBook Pro?

Hi there I recently got a Macbook Pro and I was wonder what would be the best way to use it with my triple monitor setup I have with my gaming PC? I have 2 4k 60+ hz and 1 4k 144 hz monitors. This is the Amazon KVM Switch I found that says it can take three inputs from two PCs. Would a macbook also work? I only have one HDMI on my Macbook would buying usb-c to display port cables work? For clarification I also would like to use my gaming mouse and keyboard on my macbook.
