Need to change the region in my Apple ID

I need to change the region in my Apple ID, but I can't do so as I have subscriptions that have not expired yet. I have canceled all subscriptions, but still cannot change the region as I now need to wait for the subscription expiration period to expire. Please cancel subscriptions from the current day so that I can have the option to change region in Apple ID. Thank you in advance!
