Adding cards to wallet
i am 13 and when I try to add a card to Apple Pay is says payment cards not available for this account what do I do??

You will need to have someone 18 or over setup an Apple Family Sharing account and add you to it. The Family Organizer will be able to add a card for you. Please review the information in the support article I linked below and share with the Family Organizer.
