Migration assistant: unable to connect, failed to connect to macbook please re-select this Source.

Old Macbook: Macbook Pro 2019 (Intel)

New Macbook: Macbook Pro 2023 (M3)

The problem: I can not transfer data from my old macbook to the new one .

When I try to select old macbook as source I get error: unable to connect, failed to connect to macbook please re-select this Source.

One important thing: there is no problem with data transfering if swap source to new macbook and recipient to old macbook

What I have tried multiple times:

• Wireless WIFI
  • Firewall is off
  • On both laptops selected same network
  • Tried 5G and 2.4G networks
• Wired connection using usb-c cable
• Safe mode
• Directly selected storage

Suddently I don't have Time Capsule and external storage device to use time machine

What am I doing wrong?

PLS HELP
