How to Erase Data and Lock a Stolen iPhone 12 Pro Max

Dear Apple Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to inform you that my iPhone 12 Pro Max was stolen while I was in Bangkok. Unfortunately, I have recently received an email notification indicating that someone is attempting to reopen or access the device.

Given this alarming situation, I urgently request that you take immediate action to erase all the data on the device and lock it as stolen. It's crucial to emphasize that my data erasure request is still pending, and I implore you to expedite the process to prevent any unauthorized access or usage of my device.

I understand the importance of safeguarding personal information and data security, and I trust that Apple's security protocols will be rigorously enforced in this matter.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information or assistance regarding this issue. I appreciate your prompt attention to this urgent matter.

Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Sincerely,

Prantica

This is a user-to-user forum – and you're not speaking to Apple Support. Except to moderate the forums, Apple largely is not here.

If you had Find My enabled on your phone before the thieves got it, you need to make the "Mark as Lost" request and the "Erase' request yourself.
