Unable to restore iPad - Unknown Error 4013

My iPad battery was drained. After putting on charging, it automatically started but refused to boot beyond the Apple Logo and went into a loop of going blank and then logo and so on.

Pressed buttons to go into recovery Mode but it doesn't work either. Getting Error while trying to Update / Restore - The iPad "iPad" could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013).

Not the iPad stays in the recovery Mode.

the model I have is a 10.4 Inch iPad Pro from 2017/2018 Model.
