how can i get ahold of AppleCare theft and loss other that Tec support that cant help me woth my issue

My claim was denied by AIG because AIG asked AppleCare if find mine was turned on However AIG did not ask AppleCare if find mine was turned on on my account the key here and what they don’t want to here is my AppleCare account is under my company name AIG has provided me with paperwork that states they asked AppleCare for information on an account that dose not exist an account that has nothing to do with mine the account I paid my hard earned money for over a year Tec support says talk to insurance AIG and AIG says sorry there is no activity on the account they checked not listening to me that my account is not under my personal name and when I call in and have them look up my account useing my personal name they say sorry can’t find an account under that name so I give my company name and ta da my account pops up leaving me totally frustrated

If you're in the US, call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE and ask for AppleCare Plan Administration.
