AppleCare renewal via Paytm not reflecting; contact support?

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my AppleCare renewal and I’m hoping someone here can guide me.

I recently renewed my AppleCare plan through Paytm. The payment was completed successfully and the amount was deducted from my account. However, even after waiting, the AppleCare coverage has not been updated or reflected on my Apple ID or on my device.

I have proper proof of payment, including:

  • Paytm payment confirmation screenshots
  • API/reference details from the transaction

The bigger challenge is that I’m unable to contact Apple Support via phone at the moment. I wanted to check:

  1. Is there any official Apple Support email address where I can raise this issue?
  2. If Apple does not support email, what is the best alternative way to contact them without making a phone call?
    • Apple Support app
    • Live chat
    • Case/ticket request
  1. Has anyone else experienced a delay in AppleCare activation after renewal via Paytm?
    • How long did it take to reflect?
    • Was any manual intervention required from Apple?

The people on this forum are users like yourself and we have no special contacts for Apple than you already have, nor access to any but our own accounts.

Apple does not do support by email.

For chat, you can try using the Apple Support App —> https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-support/id1130498044

If that one doesn't work, try Contact - Official Apple Support Choose something that gets you chat support and then ask them to redirect you.

Realize that this is a worldwide forum so only a very small % of people likely to read this will have experience with Paytm and UPI (I presume you are in India). I have to rely upon what others have said. This thread: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/254649751

has a UPI transaction message image saying, "Payments may take up to 3 working days to be reflected in your account". I have not seen any Apple generated messages saying anything about a transaction time and that message appears to be one generated by UPI.
