Worse support ever from a tech company! Issue never gets resolved by Apple

I am based in Malaysia and every time I need support from Apple, it will be lengthy call and conversations, at least 60 mins or more without a resolution. This is horrible and most of the support agent is unsure what is required to solve simple issues.


I wanted to extend AppleCare+ and it says on the website that I am allowed to do it but I still have to be in a call for more than an hour.

Eg says:

"If your AppleCare+ plan expired recently, you might be able to continue coverage.

In eligible countries.

Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland,

Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden,

Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States":


(There are separate instructions for China Mainland in the article)


Malaysia is not mentioned there, amongst the countries with eligibility.
