I have an iPhone 12 mini w/ screen replaced w/ non-Apple screen. Does the notification badge in Settings and the "Important Display Message" and the "Unknown Part" message *EVER* go away?

Yes it does. You will see a notification on your Lock screen for the first 4 days that you use your device and in the Settings app for 15 days. After that period, you can find the notification by going to Settings ➡️General ➡️ About

To add one thing to Axel Foley's excellent explanation, the notification in Settings>General>About will not go away until the hardware is repaired by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service Provider.
Does the "Important Display Message", "Unknown Part" ever go away?
