Disabled iPod touch directs me to iTunes

I have an old iPod touch. I cannot get past the screen telling me that it's disabled because I no longer have access to iTunes.

Help!

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPod Touch requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes or Devices installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer; if needed, use a friend's or a public one.
