How to ensure WhatsApp backup is on iCloud

Please help me. I was backup my whatsapp message to icloud drive and check whatsapp backup already there. But turns out i forget to turn on icloud backup.

So then when restore whatsapp backup wasn't there.

I don't understand how icloud works, i thought even thou i didn't turn on icloud backup but whatsapp message i assume already backup on icloud drive.

Another question, i still have whole data iphone backup in my PC itunes , what will i get when restore? Is it include whatsapp message also?

Someone please help me, i'm so desperately since it was my office number and all important message is there :(
