copy and paste keyboard shortcuts not working

There are various keyboard shortcuts such as copy and paste that are not working.

They did stop working a few days ago, I then installed the latest update incase this was the issue.. this seemed to sort the issue for a couple of days, but again today they now no longer work again.

I have restarted the mac but its still the same... what can i do to sort this as its very frustrating when having to do multiple copy and pastes between windows etc..

I am on the latest software, just updated to 13.6.6 (Ventura)

Try using the minus button to remove ABC azerty from your input source list and restart and see if there is any improvement.

(It looks like your machine cannot go higher than MacOS 13. But the current version for newer machines is MacOS 14.)

The latest MacOS is 14.4.1

Do you see this problem in all apps including Safari, Mail, Notes, Messages, Pages, TextEdit?

Tell us what you have on the list at system settings > keyboard > text input > edit > input sources

here are a couple of screenshots to show the software and the keyboard settings - the software appears to be up to date at 13.6.6 ?

This is happening in all programs, chrome, safari, mail etc etc
