This is not a legitimate notice. Apple will not send such notices. Do not respond to, call, or otherwise contact the scammer. Do not provide the scammer any information or access to your computer/device.

NEVER respond using ANY email or telephone numbers sent to you, EVER.
if you need to respond, Look up the LEGITIMATE number or email address from fundamental, trusted sources.
The only possible exception is if you asked a KNOWN, trusted source to send you link or number, and the response comes within a few minutes of your request.
This is a large part of the more fundamental rule: NEVER provide ANY personal information through a network or on the phone unless YOU initiated the connection. YES, they will tell you your account is hacked -- that is part of the hack. If they called, THEY should know who you are without further proof.
