app internet issue

whenever i go out of my house, some of my apps lose connection completely. its mostly my social media apps. the rest of my apps work fine. i have tried restarting my phone, turning airplane mode on and off, turning wifi off, and turning cellular data on and off. nothing has worked! what can i do to fix this issue? i have an iphone 7 plus.
