Invisible Barrier on touchscreen?

The space inside the red lines show the area of the screen that just doesn’t respond to touch unless a decent amount of force is applied, or when the universe decides it actually does work only for it to stop once again a little later.

It covers buttons in apps, it makes typing a nightmare, and it’s only been maybe two months since I got the phone.

I’ve tried hard restarting, there shouldn’t be any water damage, and I have a pretty good phone case, and I took off my screen protector to make sure it wasn’t because of that.

I’ve tried all I know so now I’m asking the internet for help :(
