Itunes latest version 12.13.1.3 freezes on new windows 11 laptop - Latest updates

Itunes latest version 12.13.1.3 (Downloaded from MS Store) running windows 11 (OS fully updated) freezes. Any suggestion on how to solve the freezing issue? Thanks
