Cannot change YouTube video settings in Safari

I just tested and all the controls seem to work fine. Safari 17.3 is my version.

Not sure what I did, or if I did anything, but now I'm able to access the settings controls for videos. I didn't have to sign in to YT ... it just started working after some time of not working.

Perfect, must've been a temporary glitch or something.
