Apple Pay / Wallet is locked after lost mode

Lost mode is stuck enabled and when i click to enter my password nothing happens.

I have reset my password and reset my phone, but the Lost Mode is stuck enabled.

In the Find My app my phone has been "Stop Pending" since 7:43 this morning.
