No Photos In Email Signature?

My whole company has just switched over to IPads for our “laptops” and now when I’m sending an email to clients the signature is just.. plain. I’m trying to add my old signature from my outlook account and everything copied just fine.. but the company logo shows up as a box. Can anyone help?
