I cant recover my id

i have my account linked number . But i cant have the access of my mail box . Apple support say we will inform in your mail box . Now how can i recover my account ?

My Apple ID is not working. I forgot my apple id and mail id password. When i Called apple support they told me that, at first I have o recover my mail password. I then called my mail provider.
